Main focus 02/2017: Customized solutions for big fleet players

Facing a precise and competitive scenario observed in passenger transportation, freight and merchandize delivery market, EDAG do Brasil is in 2017 going to offer a new differentiated service aimed at large fleets and their specific and unique needs.

This is a trend already observed in the USA and Europe, where large fleet managers seek to maximize their operations, through improvements in their processes and work tools to obtain competitive advantages and, consequently, differentiation in the segment where they work.

It is in this business niche that EDAG do Brasil intends to assist the large fleet players, offering engineering services through a highly qualified technical team, modern tools and engineering software, including prototype construction and tests execution at its own facilities and, with more than 25 years of experience developing commercial and passenger vehicles on Brazilian soil.

The EDAG do Brasil team has already developed these kinds of projects. Some of our highlights include the development of a sugar cane package application, interior cabin adaptation for special vehicles that require frequent internal washing, changes on the cabin roof height for transportation of brand new vehicles and, more recently, the modification of an interior cabin to allow its driver to change outfits comfortably with the the cabin doors locked. The driver has no need to leave the vehicle and it's valuable freight.

The proposal is to use the resources available in-house and offer practical technical solutions with the necessary simplicity, low cost, durablity, easy and fast implementation for the vehicles of our customers' fleet, says Martin Vollmer, CEO of EDAG do Brasil.
